Homebrew & Beefcheeks

MrC always has a project happening...this time: home brewed beer and beef-CHEEKS for dinner!

Braised beef cheeks are a traditional French dish. It is the cheek part of a cow's head. It is often served in Paris bistros. The cheeks are stewed in pomegranate molasses (oh!), red wine and fragrant spices, served with figs and cauliflower dumplings. Incredibly rich and piquant, it is the perfect dish for a cold evening in the hills.
