Hippe-ty-hop!

Life goes on back home, even if I'm overseas... Loving it when Gregg sends me photos with updates so I can see how their days are going. Look at Agnes - beautiful Agnes! With a sweatband a la Bjorn Borg she is totally ready for hip-hop-class!!!

(in the background; Elliot running in pink and Milla break dancing ready for a shoulder-spin in red/blue)

A daddy's hairdo!

The girls were celebrating Harmony day at school on Friday. They were supposed to wear something orange in support of the National Day of Action Against Bullying and Violence. So, while I'm away,Gregg had to come up with 'something orange'. And he did!

Have a look; pretty orange bows in their hair! You did well, Gregg xo

While the mummy is away...

...the tooth fairy decided to visit Agnes! Gregg sent me a picture today:

Second tooth out :D Now we are waiting for the top front right tooth to fall out as it is very loose also. Poor Elliot is waiting and waiting and waiting...still no loose ones!

Walking in Snow!

After being 'off the radio waves' for months now - we're back! Not that lots haven't been going on - it is exactly that; not enough time in a day.

I have been in Canada with work lately, and I am loving the snow.

I am visiting fellow First Nations Peoples here, not far from Niagara Falls, and the areas where I am sits on the traditional territory of the Anishinaabe (Ojibway) and was originally named and known as Nogojiwanong (“place at the end of rapids”). For thousands of years this region was known as a gathering spot where different first nations, families and leaders would come together to exchange ideas and knowledge. A beautiful place with beautiful people!
