Grocery shopping

Mmmmmm.....grocery shopping with pappa is fun!

I always get to choose a lil' something extra...mmmmmm!

Playground & Waffles

Going to the playground is always a big hit! Lucky we have one just around the corner!

After a fun afternoon at the playground it certainly is time for some smoking hot waffles - made by Milla and Elliot.

We have a local Sushi train that absolutely serves the best Sushi I have ever tasted. It opened around the time we learned that Milla was on the way, and during the pregnancy we visited at least twice a week- and we still do! As they saw my belly grow they started to call her 'sushi baby', and they were right; she absolutely loves Sushi! They have watched our family grow and treat the girls like royalty; What will it be today miss Milla? And she normally quips back; I'll have a Salmon Nigiri, please. Agnes and Elliot prefers the Edamame - the salty green beans. It is so much more fun to pick them apart and explore their insides! The beans, that is:)

Sitting there watching all the beautiful dishes rolling by is a quick and easy lunch. Just as much a feast for the eyes as for the stomach!

Here are some of the dishes they serve. Our all time favourite is abalone, I think. Gregg is absolutely crazy about that one! I wonder how many kilos of abalone he alone has consumed during the years...?

Nye briller

Jentene var med meg og henta de nye brillene mine forleden. Gleden var stor da de oppdaga hele den fargerike veggen med akkurat passelige briller til dem!

Agnes: All I want for Christmas is these purple glasses, mamma! Pretty pleeeeeeeaaaaaase....

Mamma: Nei, men oyan dine fungere jo utmerket, Agnes. Du treng jo ikke brilla for a se.

Agnes: Ok. I will just ask Besta then!

Cakes at Kate's house

Saturday, after swim class in the morning, we headed over to Kate's house to play.

Kate is Elliot's best friend - they see each other every day in Pre-School, and sometimes on the weekends too. This saturday we went for a playdate over at Kate's house - and the girls brought dough-nut-holes....mmmmm!

Ballet Concert

Last Saturday night was the girls' big ballet concert at the Hopgood Theatre. Needless to say - they were VERY excited that the big day was finally here as they have been practicing every week at their ballet school since January!

We dropped them off back-stage before we went to the front of the theatre for a glass of wine and a fantastic performance. This year was special, because Milla has advanced to the next level. This year she was dancing with the big girls! But it all went well and our beautiful ballerinas was beaming on stage!

A proper ballerina must get flowers after a fantastic show! So pappa had brought big bouquets of flowers for his pretty ballerinas.

Milla had Sportsday at school last week. She is a part of the green team called Patalawonga. All of the school's students are divided into four teams; green, yellow, red and blue.
