The bobil-adventure starts...

During the summer holiday we went on a 'bobil' - a campervan - adventure for a month, together with Besta and Besten. We drove over 5000 kilometres, all along Norway, Sweden and Finland! And we saw some wonderful sights and beautiful landscapes...

The journey was an amazing experience with visits to some extraordinary places, from tiny fjords along the coastline to the plates of Finnmark bordering Russia, from the top of the steepest mountains to land as flat as a piece of bread. Finnmark - the Norwegian Lapland - is the northernmost county in Norway. It covers more than 48 000 square kilometres of wild and wonderful nature on the same latitude as Siberia, Greenland and Alaska. The most wonderful of images seen here cannot be captured on film. The greatest impressions encountered here cannot be conveyed with words. The peace and quiet you will find in the natural environment has to be experienced, and the best moments will remain your own. The countryside is diverse and magnificent, varying from the precipitous and rugged coastal landscapes to peaceful, mountain plains that unfold for miles on end.
