Dogs are good for the soul!

Hello everyone! It has been a while since we last made an appearance on the blog. Look who has grown! Little bug (9mths) is now a big bug.
And our old man Samba (13) is looking after us all <3

In stressful times it is incredible how much comfort they bring and how good if feels to cuddle a little furry friend. Petting a dog can release oxytocin, serotonin and prolactin in the brain, improving mood and reducing pain. Petting also lowers cortisol, a chemical associated with stress. And we are lucky enough to have two!
