Dogs are good for the soul!

Hello everyone! It has been a while since we last made an appearance on the blog. Look who has grown! Little bug (9mths) is now a big bug.

And our old man Samba (13) is looking after us all <3

In stressful times it is incredible how much comfort they bring and how good if feels to cuddle a little furry friend. Petting a dog can release oxytocin, serotonin and prolactin in the brain, improving mood and reducing pain. Petting also lowers cortisol, a chemical associated with stress. And we are lucky enough to have two!

Ok! Since birthday cakes and celebrations we have had school holidays L-O-A-D-E-D with fun! Little Bug has had SO many experiences...so many that she is sooooo tired... :-)

Now that we have changed the clocks and we are heading into winter, it is completely dark heading home from sports!

Hello little Bug!

A puppy brings so much joy!

Another baby girl for us!

Girl number 4 in our family is here!

Her name is little Bug and she is a rescue dog with a broken foot. She is 7 weeks old and with a very cheeky personality - we just love her!

Welcome to the family, little Bug!

Back to school tomorrow, but...

...as a great end to this last day of the holidays we spent Easter Monday in Belair National park with good friends. Kids were picking berries and exploring all day long - busy little bees!

Høsten er begynt og vi har vært på utkikk etter gode og varme vinterjakker til kulda kommer og tar oss. Vi fant disse deilige dunjakkene, men dessverre var de litt for små og fins ikke større :-(
