We love Pippi!!!

Icecreams and uncles and aunties...

Tante Randi and 'Petter Edderkopp' is Agnes and Elliot's godparents, and tante Sissel is Milla's godmother. Although far away most of the time, the girls have photos of them all above their beds, and often talk about the times we have spent together. 

Milla's favourite is when we went to 'Steinparken' and sailed little wooden boats down the stream. I don't know if she remembers us being there, or just likes the story that comes with that photo. But she treasures the picture, and it is pretty ragged around the edges by now, 4-5 years later.

 Besta and Besten got a new hallway during the holiday. It is handy to have a tiler son-in-law! The entry now looks amazingly smashing! Thanks, MrC!

The grey cat

Agnes is missing the grey cat on Besta's doorstep.

It came to visit every morning, and she is wondering if the cat is missing her? Milla told her she is sure that it does. She said: 'Agnes, you're a cuddle-machine, I am sure he misses you!'.

A toothbrush from Norway

The favorite toothbrushes the girls got in Norway have become flat and ready for retirement. We are all sad to see the fox, the unicorn and the cupcake brush go, but they have done a good job.

We are off to Woolies to buy some new ones today!

Little birdies

Some our favourite things to do this summer, was travelling from Besta's house to Lyngdal for some shopping, cafes and going to the bakery! 

The little birdies always got some crumbs to taste too...

We really miss 'skoleboller' - anyone have a good recipe for us?

Dyreparken...hurra!!

 The day after our meet'n'greet with Kaptein Sabeltann, Besta and Besten treated us all to an entire day in Kristiansan Dyrepark - zoo and adventure park! Did we do the log-boat ride this time...??? Uh-uh. Nope. Not a chance! But we did have lots of fun and funny faces!

 Eh-hem! What is Besta packing away?! We'll give you a hint....the best sunflower-seed bread ever. From the breakfast buffet. In the hotel. Yes, that's right. We HAD to have a loaf!!

 What a lovely day we had. And just as we were going home, Besten realized that he had lost the car keys!!! Oh no!!! How were we ever going to find them again? How were we going to get home? Another night at the hotel?? But wait.....Super-Besta to the rescue!!! Can you believe that in all of the Dyreparken - it is huuuuuge - she managed to find them?!
